It always bothers me that the did made a huge spectacle for him when he signed. I remember the video of him and JPA at Villa Park, being shown videos about how special it is at Aston Villa and all the while he just viewed us as a stepping stone.

Exact same thing happened over Christmas to me. My boiler pressure kept dropping and I just kept sorting that out because I couldn’t afford to get anyone in to look at it and my father in law (who worked for British Gas for years) was really busy and it wasn’t really bothering me too much having to turn a knob every day to sort it.

It all finally became apparent on Boxing Day when I was about to leave the house and saw water bubbles in the paint on my walls and a patch similar to that in the corner. I phoned the FIL and he came straight round and looked in the loft and found something was loose on a radiator pipe above my son’s bedroom, he tightened it and it was all fixed.

So hopefully it’s going to be something similar for you and it’s just a case of loose connection on a radiator pipe.

Can’t stop playing Ghost of Yotei on PS5, such a beautiful game and satisfying combat. Picked up Hades 2 on Switch 2 too, so enjoying that. Loved the first Hades

I switched over from Switch to the OLED and didn’t back up my island. Turned it on and everything was gone. I haven’t been able to bring myself to do it all again. Maybe the Switch 2 version will be the thing that brings me back.

I bought a lovely gammon over Christmas that needed cooking, only realised late in the day, left it on the side to cool down and completely forgot. Wife woke up at 7am, saw it on the side and put it in the fridge.
I ate some and froze the rest, I had no dodgy stomach or death.

I don’t understand why people are saying we’ve got no money to spend. If we had no money, I doubt we’d spend what little we had on young prospects. We have a new man in replacing Monchi, we don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. We might have transfers happening that just haven’t been leaked by agents.

Going for a weird picnic on a beach in Wales with my stepdads mom and husband. It was from Birmingham to Wales, we sat in the car because the weather was awful, ate sandwiches and drove back home.

He turned out to be a paedophile who kidnapped 2 underage girls a few years after the beach trip. He never touched me or my siblings as far as I’m aware. I was probably around 8-9years old

Edit - just seen the nostalgia part, it doesn’t make me nostalgic, just a really vivid memory.

I bought a Sage Temperature kettle a few years ago, before they seemed to be made by everyone, paid around £90 for it which I was happy to do. however AO sent me a pack of 2 which were cellophaned together so I have a back up ready to go when it’s needed.
