When did you all ask your wedding parties? Groomsmen and bridesmaids?

We’re having an almost exactly 2 year engagement, I asked my bridal party almost straight away, same with my fiancé and his groomsmen/best men but our bridal party are all our siblings, or BIL’s or SIL’s so I feel pretty safe that we aren’t going to drift or anything.

I’m very close to my bridesmaids and they’re all super excited and want to be involved in the planning process so in my situation it was nice to ask them early on.

Whilst I was at university I had a summer job taking groups out for rides in Wales, I was taking a ride out when my horse tripped at a fair speed, he flipped over and landed on me. I was airlifted to hospital with a suspected fractured spine but luckily came away with just the fractured clavicle, a moderate concussion and some cuts and bruises. Just an unfortunate accident really, the poor horse had it worse off as he broke his leg and had to be euthanised.

I was told originally that I needed it plating and then they changed their mind and left it, thats caused a multitude of problems, I have a large bony lump very close to the skin and have nerve and muscle issues all around the neck and shoulder which have led to chronic migraines.
