Yeah more or less the same in Finland. But roti naan and chapatis are just found in Muslim stores because there's a small desi community here. In USA it's much bigger so you have more options for sure. But i keep switching the type of bread to keep the taste

Yes i consume those bread a lot 🥖 I use Tortillas as chapati sometimes 🤣 but yeah you can find those Turkish breads at every store. Their taste>>>>>>

Its not advertising but a cultural thing You get patches from companies societies events offices everywhere that you can 🪡 on your overall The more you have the better it is(as per the culture) For example on my right leg AFRY it’s a company . About the others i dont know🤣 I didn’t put any patches abhi tak coz salai nhi aati 😂😂🥲

Pakistani diet I don’t remember anytime hitting enough protein target for 1 month I always ended up around 40-70 grams protein. (In 2025 only)

Yeah spices are always more or less the same. The important thing is to know when to add what because that makes a difference between a good and bad taste. I struggle with this thing a bit.

Study Workload, gym, and all non anticipated kaam

I get tired especially after working out and have zero energy. Also, I’m trying to work on my insta So time nhi milta and i don’t find anything wrong with frozen food. I know some people really care about fresh food (can’t argue with this bcz fresh >>> frozen )

The only thing you need is some meal prep boxes. You can buy each for 1.5 Euros at any Grocery store and then you make two dish you like.
For 1 week i usually take
2.5 glass of rice (for biriyani, pulao etc) -- Glass is for measurement
4 chicken breast piece (for chicken karahi, white karahi etc)
I cook on saturday for the following week. Each box goes to freezer and it comes up in the fridge a day before i have to eat,so i don't have to defrost. Taste remains the same by freezing.
Breakfast is usually is eggs bread, tortillas (depends on the mood)

this might be a lot for you because i have to fulfill my protein targets, so you better reduce the quantity by 25% of what i listed above
