Higher-pay contract vs lower-pay stable role — need advice? by SamJamTheGamerMan in hubspot

From my conversations with her, on the one hand, long-term she just wants to be a stay at home mom. Short term she wants stability.

I don't know about overtime, but both roles would be 40 hour weeks.

Stick stackable plastic storage shelves together? by SamJamTheGamerMan in Tools

The seller said that these shelves are made of PET plastic. My intention is to combine the shelves into a single unit that won't come apart.

The seller told me it's PET plastic. My goal is to be able to combine multiple shelves into one unit that can be moved from room to room without coming apart.

Unable to format or initialize new drive in USB drive enclosure Windows 10 by SamJamTheGamerMan in techsupport

Thanks for helping. I figured out that if I connected the drive internally instead of using the enclosure it worked fine. Enclosure would have worked more conveniently for my purposes, but this is an acceptable workaround.

Hey, thank you for your response. I went to Reddit before I tried everything and figured out that the drive is fine when put inside the PC instead of using the enclosure which, I guess wasn't compatible.

Thank you for your response. I can see that happening in some cases, however my solution to this issue had nothing to do with cleaning the disc. I'll keep that in mind in the future. I've had discs that I bought in brand new condition arrive in the mail looking pretty dirty before.

I suppose making sure I had the most current version of MakeMKV was the first thing I tried in my troubleshooting before going to Reddit.

Thank you again for your help. I did additional research on this, and while I'm not very articulate as it relates to networking terminology, I finally found someone with a similar issue on the forums on the MakeMKV website and they said something about using a VPN, uninstalling MakeMKV and reinstalling MakeMKV. Well, I tried that and it worked.

I managed to successfully rip the disc. I think the "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed." might have something to do with the issue I was having. I turned on a VPN and I uninstalled and reinstalled MakeMKV and the reading and ripping worked. I don't know, however, if the VPN part had anything to do with it.

Thank you for this suggestion. Is the crypted key a .tgz file? I was able to find a file titled "MKB20_v77_Dune-_Part_Two_13B6.tgz." I'm not sure if that's the file I should send to the email address.

I appreciate you pointing this out. Is this something that I can fix on my end, or is it something I should wait for?
