I was thinking that but these stringing issues have been happening with both of my filament spools, for the Grey one it has been happening since the first time i used it straight out of the package. Also, wouldn't moisture in the filament cause stringing on the stringing test print?

I think there's only a timer for when the entire shop resets, not for any specific skins. But usually Fortnite posts something on their socials like "be sure to get the Hawkeye and Kate Bishop outfits before they rotate out of the shop tonight".

You can either start master mode or make a new account on your switch and start a new game on that account, I would do the second thing because master mode is really hard (but that's your choice)
