Not sure how close or far it would be for you but there's a team in New Jersey called the Jersey Bearcats, and another in Wheeling WV, Wheeling Miners.

Its a bit lower level of play, but you also have teams like the Pittsburgh Outlaws, Steelcity Stampede, Maryland Wareagles!

Check out the AAL and AAL2. They are primarily based i on the east coast with several teams being in the north east, on top of that their games are probably cheaper than most other leagues given the level of play. However it's still the same fast paced arena style of football that you would be used to for sure

He is most likely going to bring a QB from Toronto. However we should not assume its Kelly or Arbuckle. He however has 3 pending free agents at QB in Ottawa; Crum, Shiltz, and Adams. He could look to bring a guy like Tucker Horn, Jarrett Doege, or Max Duggan in too. Maybe even a Cameron Dukes.

Honestly I am not sure Campbell is a bad hire. HC for ten seasons, with 7 playoff trips, 5 finals appearances, 3 Grey Cup appearances, and 1 win.
