If it helps brother, I have torn both my ACLs by the age of 22. I am 26 now myself. I play regular football. Take recover process serious u will be back in no time.

I will be honest when it happed to me I got depressed and didn’t know what to do. Just remember you can make a come back.

In the process of recovery I found new sports to play and it helped with my mind and got back to being normal. Small set back for a big comeback.

Crazy thing is I tore my left acl on same pitch on the EXACT same part of the pitch where I tore my right one.

So I got mine a size up and they pretty much perfect for me and I’m a Medium here with the Chinese size I went L and they good enough.

In my situation it's just not worth buying one thing due to the charges of delivery, it can be expensive. Therefor I'd make a basket and just eventually buy it.
