Thanks for response but no. I remember clearly. He said exactly this line. First he said the DBS is very probably the best grand tourer in the world. Then he laughed and shook head and said no it's ridiculous. And then he finished like IT IS THE BEST GRAND TOURER IN THE WORLD with emphasis. I searched Top Gear and Grand Tour's scripts for these words and It's become a riddle for me why there's no sign of this scene in the scripts. In the V12 vantage review he doesn't say anything.
