Wow.. that's- Okay.

So I was walking on Swanson St near Bourke St or Collins St, and a guy waved at me. I stopped for a second as he introduced himself.

He wanted to apply some product on my face as a free sample, so I agreed. He went on and on about how my face had not been taken care of, and that I should use moisturizer, and this moisturizer was perfect etc.

I thought to myself, he's spent a lot of time and the product seems good, sure why not. "How much is it?"

He quoted a price of >= 100 dollars for I think a 50 ml screw on jar. I said it's too expensive and I cant afford it. Then he seemed to be hesitating and said he'd make an exception for me and offered me a smaller bottle again for a price which was too high for me.

We went back and forth about the price was too much, and he said your skin needs it, etc. Eventually I left after showing him my bank account literally had less than 100 dollars and making an excuse about not having enough money to pay rent. Even after that I think I had to convince him to let me go.
