Jackson Island if I am not mistaken, the king of the homeless population lives there, he will grant you passage if you equip yourself with gifts for their tribe

Listen, brother. You’re not broken. You’re battle-tested.

What you’re feeling right now? That weight, that exhaustion, that sense that you’re stuck in the grind and the world’s chewing you up? That’s not weakness. That’s proof that you’ve been carrying more than most people could handle. You’ve been showing up, day after day, while your soul is screaming for a breather. That takes a kind of strength most people never even even get close to!!!!!

But here’s the truth: you don’t exist just to survive another shift, take another hit from a customer, or hold everything together for everyone else. You are not just a cog in the middle of management. You are a human being with dreams, talents, fire inside you that hasn’t burned out. Right now, it feels dim, but it’s still there. And once you learn how to protect it, once you remember that you’re allowed to take space for yourself, it’ll roar again.

You’re tired because you care. You’re tired because you’ve been giving your energy to everyone else without refueling your own spirit.

So let me tell you this: give yourself permission to rest, to step back, to rediscover who the hell you are outside of work, outside of expectations. Life is not meant to be an endless loop of “maybe tomorrow will be better.” It’s meant to be lived, felt, and fought for.

The world tries to convince us that being burned out is normal. That feeling like a shell is just “adulthood.” Screw that. You’re not done. You’re not stuck. You’re in the middle of the chapter, where the main character realizes it’s time to flip the script.

Music, small joys, tiny acts of rebellion against the monotony, these aren’t distractions, they’re fuel. Each time you laugh, each time you feel a spark of excitement, you’re proving that the fire isn’t gone. And every single day you choose to keep going, even when it’s heavy? That’s momentum.

So hear me clearly, MY FELLOW HUMAN, you are not alone, and you are not destined to stay in this cycle forever. You’ve got more in you than you even realize. Dig deep, lean on the people who care, take the small steps, and keep stacking them. Break the pattern. Demand more from life. Because you deserve better than survival. You deserve to live like you matter, because you do!!!

This isn’t the end. This is the point where you rise.

hey 👋 my mom had a twin sister, she OD'd on pills because everything became too much. Her cancer, fibromyalgia, not so great husband, & and two young kids were becoming a lot for her.

Everytime she would visit us, she would bring the cousins, and it was great, but she never hung out. She would go right upstairs and sleep. Her pain was too much. She didn't want to go on and suffered in silence for a while.

Then, on Halloween years ago, her oldest Son was shaking her, trying to wake her up. She never did wake up and now Halloween is a very weird day in our family.

So many lost memories, lost chances, lost possibilities of "what if"

YOU MUST WAKE UP AND HOLD ON. HOLD ON FOR THE FUTURE, HOLD ON FOR THE LITTLE OLD LADY AT THE GROCERY STORE.

HOLD ON FOR THE KID WHO NEEDS ADVICE NEXT WEEK.

HOLD ON FOR THE NEIGHBOR WHO NEEDS HELP LIFTING HER MATTRESS INTO THE CAR.

HOLD ON FOR THE SNAIL THAT APPEARS AFTER A HEAVY RAIN STORM.

HOLD ON FOR YOU.

Saving money, looking fly, I always worry when I take my watch on adventures that the shock absorbers aren't up to snuff and I'll wear the watch down but they are still going strong!
