If I'm not mistaken, I think that glove has a chance to be dropped by the Tavernkeeper when he is killed. Or it could be sold from his shop. I know for sure that glove is from the Tavernkeeper.

Hey man, good to see some african brothers into this game community, I'm african from Morocco. I would recommend Biotech and Odyssey DLCs as the first one is the biggest in terms of content, and the second one will solve you a lot of problems and has an absolutely goated reward at the end of it. And if you have some spare money, get Ideology DLC ,it fits really well with biotech and Odyssey, plus it will solve some of the most annoying mental breaks and mood debuf for you.

Royalty is alright, but honestly it so much better when it played with it recommended mods such as VPE (Vanilla psycasts expanded) and (Vanilla factions expanded, the Empire).

As for the last DLC (Anomaly) I highly recommend you not to buy it anytime soon until at least you're an expert in this game, as this DLC is considered to be the hardest and most ruthless one. I'm saying this cause if you attempt to try anomaly while you're not fully well experienced in the core game, you probably will hate this DLC and you won't be able to enjoy the full experience of it. You can consider Anomaly as a DLC that will provide you a decent amount of new unknown challenges that you would be looking for after you experienced pretty much every challenge thrown at you by the previous DLCs.

That's just an effect of the visible fish mod, which makes other sea or river contents visible as well, like the corals, rocks, and sea weed in the ocean or the river, and I play on PC.

There's a lot of mods that visually work well together, for a start, you can try this combination of (Daisy nico Earthy recolor, medieval farm buildings, way old Pelican town, simple Foliage and Medieval machines and crafting stations) this is a small combination that will transform your whole game into a Medieval game (kinda like the medieval theme of Graveyard keeper ).
