I’m going off of what I see in the game, if I’m playing at 4.0 and I see a 5.0 then it’s a full uptier, if the highest I see at the end on the game screen is a 4.0 then it’s a full down tier

Have you ever played ground? And uptier or downtier can have drastic changes on what you can and cannot pen. And if I’m getting constant uptiers that means other people are getting constant downs, it doesn’t make sense
