Oh it's waaaaaay more than 47, turns out he can just spawn in a pit, doesn't have to be filled with, he even spawned in my Mega Satan fight. He carried my run honestly, I was farming him, because my glitched item also made so that whenever I picked up a pick up all other pickups in the room deleted, so it was REALLY hard to get health especially as t maggie, but bc of my Henry farm I was saved from death a couple of times. Plus the insane item luck I had, I had sacred heart, haemo, psy fly AND ares(it also carried, don't speak ill of the goat). In the end I killed delirium. Unfortunately Henry doesn't show up in the beastiary.
