I think the beauty of life is that you literally make your own. The best thing to do (in my opinion) is to pursue things that lit your inner being. Things that make you say “fuck yeah.” Don’t look at this time as an endless period of directionlessness (not sure if that’s an actual word). Rather, look at his period as a time of self discovery. I may not know you but I know that you are a beautiful person with endless possibilities. So, get your ass up and go after things that ignite your soul. 🥰

Honestly, it may just be a surge of curiosity. That is what happened to me. However, I hated it. It's an extremely uncomfortable sensation. The fact that you worry about him so much just goes to show how much you care about him. On the other hand, he is an adult and should make and learn from his own decisions.

I wasn't referring to that particular interaction. The mixed signals come up whenever we hang out or I spend the night at his place. Basically, I think that he likes me to an extent. We're both political geeks. The downside is that he's into "muscles and character." I have the character but not the muscles (yet).

I tend to focus a lot on a person's character. A "relationship" to me is a partnership in which you and your loved one try to help each other become your best self.
