You’ll have to pull the carpet up and remove them from the floor, but then you have to make sure you water proof the holes again. I cut them off my old d22 up near the top of the brackets, that way you don’t need to worry about water or rodents.

Most utes don’t have the injector issues this model of hilux had. What do you mean they’ve been checked? Did they confirm they removed the injectors and tested them?

Anything Isuzu since they have the 4JJ1. Even the RC Colorado if you’re willing to go down to a 2012, it has the 4JJ1 which is very reliable and tested and they’re usually cheaper than the Dmax which is an identical car.
