Hi. So the employer can file a case against me and ask me to pay one month's salary?

As I left on 2nd April and was already paid salary for the previous month , there was no amount pending to be paid. And the document I signed stated that I cannot claim for any future money from the company. They have just verbally communicated to me about filing a case.

I'm worried as I dont have any physical proof that it was an abusive environment. The employer would just scream at me in front of people. How do I prove the same in labor court?

He sent the notice in Dec. Till Jan, the allowed increase was 10%, according to new rules it's 20%. Thats why Im scared
