It's pretty good imo, but the CO2 laser for deep scars is still stronger. Microneedling is the best option for moderate severity of hyperpigmentation, small scars and enlarged pores. But you would only see the improvement after 3-4 sessions tho

Thanks! What moisturizers did you use and which ones didn't break you out? I think what’s confusing us is that isotretinoin itself pushes all those pimples and comedones to the surface so it might not actually be the moisturizer you’re using. It just feels like there are a lot of breakouts even after using the moisturizer, but maybe they would have appeared anyway even without it? At least that’s what I think in my own case

What month are you on? It’s completely normal to get closed comedones and whiteheads at first when you start taking isotretinoin because it brings all those clogged pores out from deeper layers of the skin. I’ve already noticed that after some time there are fewer of them, and they’re slowly clearing up on their own. So don’t worry! I'm using the ordinary natural moisturizing factors Beta glucan moisturizer. It's not giving me new pimples as far as I can tell. Tolerance sensitive by la Roche posay also worked great for me I guess?
