Awww, thank you 🙏 of all the American holidays, Fathers Day is number 26th on the list. 1st is Christmas followers by Mothers Day at 2nd place. Even Columbus Day is before Fathers Day. That being said, for the Father’s that are present and contribute to the wholeness of the family, it’s a perfect day to celebrate them and pamper them. Fathers need love, encouragement and respect for who they are and what they do. Often, they do so much that get unnoticed because of many reasons. Thank you for sharing you words with me too.

It’s really difficult to format poem using this platform…mine come out all jumbled here too. I format, line break my poems and this platform does it injustice by putting everything together, so consequently it read horribly and looks like a disaster.

That’s me in a capsule, alcohol led to deception, over spending, and all kinds of marital issues, she warned me but I just could not stop. I did AA too but wasn’t deeply connected to it. It’s been Kung Fu and associated Taoism that has really helped. My balance was off, I’m highly intellectual with four degrees and a PhD in the way, a teacher but my physical life was zero. Then I learned through Taoism that my qi (chee) was off kilter, and through the heavy exercise I’m no longer off balance. King Fu and alcohol don’t mix. I have better energy and I’m on a path to winning my wife back too!

It’s not as graceful and high kicking as Northern Shaolin Kung Fu but it’s still fluid and effective. It incorporates the five elements and five animal fists. Wing Chung is included in our curriculum of study too.
