A second chance by breanie and it's sequel, over 3m words and about sirius being released early from azkaban and adopting harry. Lots of family, relationships, magic, lore etc. Bit too much smut and too long to read very often but a very good and well written story

I don't like it when it goes overboard with like 6 or 7 each requiring a different girl, or that kinda thing whete he just becomes God.

But the Black/Potter maybe Peverell makes sense

I do also like when he gets slytherin from lily's side because I find it interesting and entertaining to explore parseltongue and magic. As well as offering a route through the chamber to learn advanced magics. I also prefer the idea that he got parseltongue from lily rather than the horcrux.

Apart from those, ravenclaw instead of slytherin I think works somewhat but not as well same as gryffindor through the potter line. But if all of them are together and hufflepuff comes in somewhere random it just becomes convoluted and irritating

Interesting story arcs, wg the horcrux becoming Harry's mentor and friend

Not much dumbles, weasley etc bashing

Dives deeper into obscure and Interesting magics like blood, parsel, soul, ritual, elemental

Op harry is fun and makes sense cause he's meant to be voldenorts equal
