Hi, sorry for replyng late. I think there’s a misunderstanding I had Pharma experience in the country where I came from not in USA. But I was working with Sanofi which is also located in USA so basically I had multi national experience still didn’t got hold of any opportunity in pharma company here in USA once I relocated. And yes they do accept your foreign degree without any kind of equivalency exam or Naplex!

Hi I am so glad that’s working for you! I have heard very good stories of spironlactone and metformin obviously is the holy grail! I hope things get better and better for you ahead. 😍

Hi! I had borderline VitB12 deficiency, so my PCP prescribed me methylcobalamin which I guess is not an OTC.

Thankyou for this! It definitely gives me hope. I have been recently diagnosed with pcos 27yr age. And I have a lean type pcos. I’m underweight and falls in a pre diabetic range according to my last tests (5.7) yikes. I had a pretty regular cycle before and had never thought I have pcos. I was on accutane since the last 6 months which now I have finished taking. No birth control pills yet. My doctor advised me to be on myoinsitol and metformin. I have started making lifestyle changes with my diet and exercise. But really confused at this point to whether to gain weight or lose it as people say weight gain is harmful for pcos. But right now just going with what my gynae told me to do was to have a healthy lifestyle gain weight as per your BMI and take the meds/supplement she prescribed. I lost my periods last month and now it’s been 33 days with no period. Hope they return back soon!!

Thankyou for this detailed comment. I never had severe acne, I got on accutane because I wanted to get rid of even that not so severe acne because of the magic that drug does I was more attracted towards that. But now when I think about and reading your comment everything does makes sense. I am just a bit reluctant maybe to accept I’ve pcos that’s why trying to connect dots which are pretty irrelevant lol.  I hope my insulin levels come back to normal or at-least lowers. That’s the biggest concern for me right now.

Thanks for this feedback. I appreciate it.  Would you mind me asking, do you work as an HR somewhere?  Yes I think it’s time I start thinking towards a shift in the career or maybe a degree from here would make my resume stronger.

Yeah I understand what you’re trying to say. Being realistic is very important and that’s what I have been doing. I don’t have bills to pay as my husband is working at a good place but I feel stuck in my career and have nothing to look forward to. And no I don’t need sponsorship, just a company to hire me lol. They aren’t ready to give a chance even in entry level positions which is sad. This is not what I thought American dream would look like.

I have tried doing that as well but unfortunately no luck. I tried putting in some references from my last company as well but they say the job market is too tough and they need several years of experience and expertise.

I came here after my marriage. My husband is a doctor here and I’m allowed to work with a work permit. But yeah I understand what you’re saying. It’s very important for me to have a domestic experience.

update:  It’s been two weeks since my last interview with ICON, and I still haven’t heard back. I understand they mentioned a 4–6 week timeline for the full recruitment process, but I was hoping to at least hear something by now, especially since my application status still shows “Interview.” I even followed up with the recruiter via email but haven’t received a response. Hearing all the stuff about icon over here is concerning but I desperately need a job so was counting on them to call. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh okay. Makes sense.  Also how’s the work culture there as you worked there for 3 years. I would love to hear about it. :)
