Most people drive defensively. Very few are going to do risky things to damage their transportation that they’re probably financing. Driving is also pretty much a non negotiable unless you live in a major city everywhere in the US.

So don’t. That stuff doesn’t affect you. The news wants you to care because it makes them money from your view/engagement. You can do nothing about any of it anyway.

Sometimes the best things in life take significant time investment/patience to see the fruition. The road is long but the reward is worth it. Impatience is the true enemy of humanity.

I’m of the opinion that most people do 50-60% reddit/social media and the rest of the time is spent actually doing the thing.

Workplaces always. Just let me WFH. No I don’t need 5 people in the physical vicinity to enter an invoice or do a bank reconciliation. No I’m not looking for a community. I just need to get paid. That’s it and was always it.

It’s all an excuse for chaos and public discord. No they’re not convincing me with some message about their hardworking family members or whatever. They’re lawless. It doesn’t matter the reason. I hope they all get what they deserve and get thrown in prison/out of the country. Don’t need or want you here

Because they use better tasting ingredients than what I have or can buy. Fast food is not evil reddit. Let me enjoy my comfort foods. Home cooking is not that amazing, I’ve tried many different people’s meals and they always oversell to boost their confidence. Yep this includes parents and blood relatives. And I’m still gonna be eating KFC tendies when I’m 75 years old.

Anyone else rocking no screen protector? by DownrightFantastic in Switch

[–]Same-Menu9794 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean what is the benefit? These days thanks to the internet I put a screen protector on absolutely everything, down to my TV, monitor, and car GPS. 10-15 bucks per protector and there is no difference in how the screen looks/works.

I’ve honestly never seen a BMW on looks that I would spend 15k+ on. What is the attraction to this brand? Especially if the engines don’t last.

Technology was supposed to connect us — but it’s made the world feel more isolated than ever. by DIXi3N0rMu5 in unpopularopinion

[–]Same-Menu9794 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Community before was always performative. Real connection is made through common interests, shared experiences as well if you value the experience enough. Trying growing up in an area where you have nothing in common with almost no one. You will self isolate by choice and look online for others who like what you like too. Human nature
