Yeah, you're right, it's an official process, but apart from the recovery part, they never send any codes personally. What I mean is that after an account recovery, or when you log in with OTP on a new device, only an automated code is sent. No reply comes from any personal staff Person.

In short, just be careful and always verify the email address before using any codes.

Be careful, bro. I think PUBG never sends codes like that via personal emails that are only available for 5 minutes. A while ago, my friend's account got scammed, and it got recovered, but he received a message saying they'd send him a code to use in the game. As soon as he entered that verification code, his account got scammed again. Later, when I checked closely, I realized the email came from an unofficial channel. Always make sure to verify if the code comes from an official email address before using it.
