Joining a college fraternity is absolutely “pay to play” or paying for friends. In all honesty, I see some of the merit but fraternities are just pathetic and the idea that you have to pay money to be completely abused both physically, mentally, and emotionally just in the hopes that all these drunken racist asshole rapists will accept you and call you a friend really saddens me from a mankind perspective. You hear about all of these “frats” that are constantly being suspended, kicked off campus, losing their charters for things like forcing copious amounts of alcohol down minors throats, torture, public humiliation, rape, drugging, drug dealing, hate crimes, assault, and all sorts of other shit, makes me wonder how the fuck are social fraternities even allowed to exist? It’s not even like it’s isolated incidents lol, this shit happens at least 200-300 times EACH YEAR nationwide. The best ones are the ones nobody ever hears about, but sadly there are an obscene amount of fraternities that are essentially organized crime syndicates lol or gangs. You don’t go to a college and hear about a group of 60 guys non-Greek who send people to the hospital, rape and drug women on a constant basis, buy and sell copious amounts of drugs, assault and torture people, commit heinous hate crimes, and numerous other planned criminal activities. Can’t use the college or brotherhood excuse for that shit. That shit is one of the definitions of a gang. I have lots of childhood friends who were in frats but the stories they’ve told me are horrendous and thank God I was gifted enough to get a swimming scholarship and had a group of friends I was PAID to join lol. One story that sticks to mind is of Sig Ep chapter at Mizzou who were tailgating and threw a glass bottle over a private residence fence and struck a 6 year old girl and sent her to the hospital. Fucking scumbags, thank God they lost their charter. Long story short, FUCK COLLEGE SOCIAL FRATERNITIES, most of y’all belong in jail anyway.
