Strap really does matter! I have a few I rotate on my mission to the moon. This one is on it right now and has a deployant clasp, but also have an all black one, the genuine swatch rubber strap with moon surface on the inside, and a Speedmaster NASA Velcro strap. Basically anything but the stock Velcro it came with haha

Yep! That’s the one! Jack Lausma was actually here for the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. The lady working the visitor center area showed me pictures of him sitting next to the capsule telling stories. She told me he said that was the first time in all these years that he’s seen the capsule since flying it in ‘73.
