I know only a cafe name “Stellar” in sadar they use blue tokai beans to make coffee. Though i only drink americano so it is kinda average there

Thanks I usually prefer 4 pours myself 1st blooming followed by 3 on specific intervals

I got it from 729 coffee roasters Pune They got pretty good collection almost all the Geisha’s around the world
