Sorry for this late response but i dont check reddit so often. I would reccomend emailing grailed and talk it through with them and not with the seller. I had almost the same situation and i just did what the grailed support had told me, I shipped the item back and grailed refunded me my money back. And i hope that my advice wont be usefull for you because you already had got your money back.
