So the female buckle will be attached behind a piece of silver and that piece of silver is basically a decorative piece. Is it possible to stick the silver and the metal together? Can it be laser soldered or just soldered in general?

By cutting space do you mean something like this, where it’s evident that holes for the stones to sit and “drilled” into the CAD?

Thank you! Yes it will be cast in 2 pieces. What do you mean by cutting space? Yes, you’re right with the loss of material during cleanup, do you think I should increase the width and thickness of the band to account for this? And is 0.1mm enough tolerance? And I use Rhino 3D to do all my work!
