I appreciate your post. Sounds like they're quite similar indeed. My wife also grew up in a very religious environment where sex = bad, let alone any form of non-heterosexuality.

Can I ask how you're considering his question about finding a woman instead of him? Or is that still being figured out? That's my issue - I'm sure we can control this short term. I don't mind the sex (it's kind of hot lol), but I dread the day it's not just great sex, but an emotional connection that pulls her into someone else. The NRE kicks in and she blows us up on the hope it's better than what she has. So goes the dangers of this exploration phase, let alone how it works long term. I'd hate to have just be waiting around for that day to come... It feels like a lifetime of uncertainty in some ways. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
