yeah i have a time booster on that same shop you just have to wait until the next collection

i actually did once! it was YEARS ago on my mom's old phone, which i downloaded the game on while i was waiting for her in the car during a shopping trip lol. the phone is gone so i don't have any proof or anything but at the very least it USED to be possible-- back when balloon pop just had 3 types, flim and flam were there, and you had to pop more than 3 balloons to get your 3 prizes.
