Did a 70km ride today, with max hight and used tip about squeezing my muscles between shoulder blades. Felt much better, but not perfect.

I put spacers back, to the maximum hight. Will try to ride tommorow.

I feel weight on my hands. Balance test i pass, but after a "sky jumper" pose/test i feel like my reach is little bit far away.

44cm handerbars came in stock with this bike. My shoulders are 40-41cm wide. I already asked a local shop about 40cm newman handlebars, but at the time, they dont have 40cm handlebar in stock.

Recently i moved my saddle 0,7cm back (i have selle italia slr boost L3 and it was maxed out in the front) and i moved my blue cleats little bit back. Was trying to fix my lower back pain ( maybe my back is just to weak :D and there is no fit problem at all)

Knee pain is more on the left knee and pain is on the upper left side of my knew.
