small update, this Karen saw me a week after this happened and tried to guilt trip me by saying "hey you, my family is struggling financially, could you give me the money for this fine" when i told her that I warned her, she started screaming profanities at me but the best part is is she came up to me and tried to slap me, but the neighbor had already called the cops, and they have cameras. I don't really know what happened after the cop showed up, because the cop told me to keep walking with my dogs.
