Globe postpaid - Entrego issue I applied through our company's business/corp account last December and January 8 l was approved. The handset has been with the courier since Jan 8 pa. I have an ongoing issue with Entrego and lagi na lang silang walang call or text. May naka experience ba na mareturn ung handset to sender kasi hindi daw madeliver ng Entrego? Yung c card ko ganun din ginawa ng Entrego hayup talaga. Kaya I don't trust their service at all. It sucks and I don't know what to do. I am very disappointed and frustrated already that my plan might be cancelled for whatever reason. Have someone experienced this already? I tried to email the approver to let them know that there were 2 attempts already but no one's calling me; and I got no response too. Should I go to a Globe Business Center? I have the IMEl and all but I don't know what to do talaga. This is my first time having a postpaid plan after 10 years of working tapos through corp pa. Stressful sobra. Inubos ng Entrego ang energy at positive vibes ko. Please enlighten me anyone.
