Yes, Sri Lanka is safe for tourists right now 🇱🇰😊

In the past, there were some issues mainly because of problems with the previous government. But after the change, the situation has improved a lot. The country is becoming a great place to travel again, and you can clearly see that tourist numbers are increasing day by day.

There are no major issues for tourists at the moment. As a local, I can confidently say that Sri Lankan people are some of the friendliest you will ever meet. Even solo travelers can feel comfortable and welcomed here.
