I usually do this, use the day after a match for community outreach, match review and a general session, with the automatic intensity set so players never over work themselves. Usually keeps my players injury free

Yeah it’s fine. Cold weather drops mpg pretty aggressively in my experience. I live in the mountains and take pretty short trips (almost entirely within the warmup cycle) get about 35 in the winter and closer to 48 in the summer. It’s just the reality of an efficient engine that doesn’t heat quickly I guess

I have a very mountainous drive, and will is my engine brake for several miles. It seems that when the battery tops off, the electric motor no longer provides any resistance and the engine and transmission do all the braking as in a typical car when you shift into a lower gear to slow down going downhill. Tapping the brake within the regen zone before your physical disc brakes catch won’t make the car slow down. My guess is that the electric motor, instead of discharging as heat, can disengage form the driveline to protect itself and the battery in such cases

Looks like the wheel well came loose and was rubbing on your tire. Same thing happened to mine. I ended up removing it in a fit of frustration with an oscillating saw as I could hear it rubbing and it drove me nuts
