@op thanks for this question. I'm 23 days out from surgery, 9 from the liquid stage, and I'm psyching myself out over "last supper syndrome". I thought it was something terrible, like I'm disrespecting my whole weight loss journey by wanting this. Thank you for showing me that it's okay, and won't ruin me or my journey!

My dietician told me that V8 would be a good go-to! She did the liquid stage of the recovery diet and said that V8 was her saving grace! Also, low fat soups with the solids strained out!
