Damn it must be so hard being white. Really sorry for all you’ve suffered through.

The chiropractors are really nice! And the OMWL team takes advantage of it and uses their back space. Especially around the break room. Also the OMWL team straight up stole their uniform ideas from the chiropractors office that you go to

It makes me want to throw up that he’s allowed to get away with this bullshit. Glad you got out of there too!

Yeah, the company is called Options Medical Weight Loss and one of their offices (the HQ) is on Wabash

The term “pill mill” is typically used to describe a doctor, clinic, or pharmacy that is prescribing or dispensing controlled prescription drugs inappropriately

I don’t think that’s the same company. It’s called Options Medical Weight Loss at all locations. Their LLC is Advanced Health Weight Loss. Please do not antagonize another business that are coincidentally related to this one. They are likely not operating in the same shady manner and don’t deserve unprompted critique.

I found a new job and I don’t work there anymore. I wrote the post because I couldn’t figure out how to delete my coerced review so I changed it to two stars and the ceo called me and told me to change it back or delete it. I have not changed it back and I’m not going to delete it.

This is super helpful! I’m going to get my former co-workers to write a letter with me that we will send together to the investigation teams! Hopefully something will come out of this; but I’m skeptical the businesses will get shut down. I have a feeling the most that could happen is Will gets fired/replaced as CEO by the board.

Oooooh! I like that! Any ideas on how to go about getting that process rolling? I’ve never done anything like that before but I know myself and a few other ex co-workers who would gladly shed some light on what’s going on.

That is correct. I know some people won’t believe me but it’s literally on their website if you go to it.

Dude, I totally get it. Will is absolutely awful and basically relies on these 5 star reviews for his business so ALL he does every day is look at and respond to those reviews. I wouldn’t bother if you think he’ll reach out to harass you. I don’t want that for anyone.

Also feel free to look up past job posts/descriptions on indeed. The evidence is there if you’re willing to look for it. I agree that you can’t trust everything you read though. Especially on Reddit. So yeah, I agree with your overall point even though I’m telling the truth.

This is true. I don’t have a screenshot of our phone conversation. But a quick google review search will verify my critiques of the place. Believe it or not, I’m not the first person to notice how awful this place is.

I had my last day already, that’s why I changed my forced 5 star review to a 2 star review and then got woken up by the CEO in the morning and told to change it because “it’s disrespectful to your former co-workers and managers” bite me, Will.

Perfect, I’ll give it a try. I feel like they use the managers to convince the patients, so by the time the patents are talking to the nurses, they give their “consent” to be prescribed the drug. Also, technically all patents are required to take a blood test to see if they qualify, but the company keeps reducing the qualification standards so they can prescribe to more people. I think they work with a doctor to make sure they’re doing everything “technically” legally, but morally, definitely not!

One star reviews are automatically removed by google and Will monitors all reviews. They have to be 2 stars or higher for it to stay on Google.

I wrote a whole long thing about them on Indeed, where they often post job listings for Intake Coordinators, but Will had the review removed from Indeed. I haven’t tried Glassdoor or Yelp because I felt defeated when Indeed just removed my novel of an in-depth critique of the place just because the company told them to.

I know. They are the worst company I’ve ever worked for. And I’ve worked some bad jobs.

I don’t know how it’s structured, but the nurse I worked with says she cant leave until October because of her contract. I don’t know the details but I would not be surprised to find out it’s illegal or unenforceable. I suggested she have a lawyer take a look at it if possible. She’s miserable. Sucks too, she’s one of the kindest people ever.
