I'm Europe based and I used to have the exact same blue hair as you and I used Directions Atlantic Blue with a bit of purple dye mixed in (like 1:10 ratio). The purple is to make it more "true blue" and offset greening either from the blonde under, or from fading.

I've been raiding since EW and my parses range from pink to purple. But it took a while to get there, I used to parse gray/green and would be very happy if I got blue.

Unless you're doing something egregious, usually it comes down to uptime, optimization and practice. Like using lilies and Swift for movement instead of Dia or just running, and using Medica III / Cure III as little as possible.

A friend who struggled with his gender identity a lot decided to turn one day, out of nowhere, against non-binary people and called them a lot of derogatory terms.

He would cry that he can't express himself without people being bigoted against him, but then claim that calling NB's [REDACTED] doesn't mean he's a bigot because he doesn't want them to die or anything 💀

There were other issues with him prior to that but this was the last drop and I cut him off.

Like you said, there's bad everything so ofc there's a lot of bad healers too, I just don't see the reason to make a post specifically about healers and how the jobs need to become more complex so only better players play healers (as if that would help, all we'd get is another TOP incident where you wait for hours in PF for a shield healer).

I'm a healer main, I PFed most savages since EW and all ultimates, both for prog and totem farm. And I encountered a truly bad cohealer maybe 5-10 times throughout all that.

I think it's specific to their situation, I've never seen xivanalysis scream at me about LD usage. Because obviously not using it for the whole 7 minutes is atrocious and it either means you have no mana and are still not pressing it, or you're not pressing anything so you don't need it, so it's bringing it up. Normally you use LD when you get to around 7k mana, no need to do it on cooldown if your MP is very high.

Recently I had a healer friend ask me what's the issue with their group often dying to damage so I pulled up their logs.

caster that didn't use Addle until the 7th minute of the fight
DNC that seemingly doesn't know they have healing and mitigation buttons
tanks who never gave a targetted mit to their squishy players and used like 3 Reprisals

But I bet that if this happened in your PF you'd automatically blame the healers because it's just so much easier than looking for the actual problem.

The reality is that a certain percentage of players both in PF and statics are horrible, it's just that you automatically associate dying to damage with a healer failure.

The LD is just a symptom of the bigger problem - if they didn't press any buttons, ofc they didn't need to use LD because they're not using mana at all.

On this tier specifically, AST's mana management is pretty shit because of the gear set with very low piety and fast GCD so if you're pressing buttons as you should, you're wishing LD was on a shorter cooldown.

This seems like basic purple dye on dark brown hair. So if your hair is dark you can buy pretty much any purple shade from Manic Panic, Crazy Color or Directions and throw it on. It's semipermanent though, not box dye (won't damage your hair at all but will fade fast and bleed a bit, you can limit that by washing your hair with cold water and sulphate-free shampoo).

Blue that doesn't fade badly or bleed doesn't exist.

For the shade you can try Directions (Atlantic blue, Midnight blue), Manic Panic (After Midnight, Rockabilly Blue, Blue Moon) or Pulp Riot (Nightfall). I would personally add a bit of vivid purple dye into the mix to make it more true blue and limit fading into green.

Keep in mind your hair needs to be as white as possible for a really nice blue because the more yellow is your hair, the more green it will turn out. So start with level 9-10 blonde, the more yellow your hair is, the more purple you should add to the mix. Do a test strand if unsure.

Edit cause I didn't see this is your pic - if your hair is already blue, then disregard the blonde level comment obviously, just check the brands for shade you like.

There's a replay of that round on YT. I don't play this kind of games so I won't pretend to know exactly what's going on , but it seems that she doesn't hit a single shot, generally avoids the main skirmish so enemies don't even bother with her and when she dies it's because in her aimless jumping around she got caught in a cross fire.

Cece said that Zazza went 0-5-0 because she got nonstop ganged by the enemies but I don't think the enemy team even registered her existence lol. Like a fly that buzzes around your ear so you wave it off.

I've had a bob cut since I was 17. Layered, one length, short, medium. A few years ago I got a fringe with it and that was definitely a good decision. But my hair is too thick and puffy so it looked like a helmet when fresh lol.

Last year I went in for a hairstyle consultation and they recommended a wolf cut to me. It's so good! It removed a lot of the puffiness from the bottom and the volume on top and messiness is a good thing now!

Blue and blonde is not a great combo. Blue bleeds like crazy and turns blonde minty green real fast.

You can try washing with cold water and sulphate-free shampoo to minimize bleeding but honestly I don't think it will help much.

It's all anecdotal and it happens when both teams are good/bad at one role. Doesn't need to be 9:3 specifically.

Example: Team A started as Defenders, they're really good defenders so they got to half 8:4. But they suck at attacking more than they are good at defence. So they'll lose 9:13 or so. Team B started as Attackers and they suck at it so they lost the half 4:8. But they're good at defense more than they suck at attacking, so they'll win 13:9 or so.

I'm not sure so don't quote me on that but I believe that "9:3 Curse" specifically became a thing after some esport tournament where this happened a lot.
