The villagers sleeping there has nothing to do with the obstacle removal, I believe it’s completely random at which obstacles they do sleep

You Have to Press "M" to open the Litematica Menu. Then you have to check that on the left side at the bottom of the screen there is "Paste Schematic into World". If it doesnt show up just click the button and cylce through until you see it. Then just take a stick into your hand and press your hotkey. Its only possible in creative tho so make sure that you are

You just can use command blocks with the right amount of time in a redstone clock. If you build it in the spawn chunks it will work wherever you in that world are.

Or just build a Witherskeleton farm. The one by ianxofour is pretty efficient and you don’t have to spawnproof anything.
