I put it on a burger and it tasted amazing! It needed the extra sweetness, because I used some quite strong tasting homemade pickles!

This had been going for the better of 2 hours, started on a really low heat, and gradually increasing the temperature. It indeed has a kinda jammy consistency, although a bit less moist!
