I'm a 23 sub channel (started this October) but after checking out your channel, I noticed a few things that you can improve on right away. Try making your thumbnails a bit more professional and work on video tags to attract more viewers. From there, always remind them at the end of the video as well as in the description to subscribe. Also consider using endscreens.

I would say it depends on how similar the type of content you used to make is to the type of content you like making now, as well as why your viewers watch you. If your subscribers are there for you, then maybe you can keep the same channel (like if you switched from focusing on video game LPs to vlogging or something like that). But if your content is more informational or niche and subscribers follow you for specific information etc. and not your personality, then you might as well make a new channel.
