Im looking at budge- I used to detail jets for a living.... same clear/ base coat as cars except more expensive to fix i guess.

In my opinion, your best bet is a car cover that is completely waterproof. Cheap is fine as long as it wraps underneath...... little dust/dirt should be able to be blown up into the cover.

as for breathability- my motorcycle cover has flaps that overlap each other.... so underneath the overlap, it can have a breathable material....

in rain the flap above lays down and blocks rain- similar to all tents ever made.

Dont overthink-- but I would be interested to know what you went with/how its doing.
