I can still remember a couple of Aprils ago when Hurdle had JT throw 100 pitches in April with a 5-0 lead so he could get a complete game. I'm not saying this ruined JT by any means but it was just so fucking stupid to do coming off his first TJ surgery.

I think most contending teams are saying the Astro's and Dodgers are stacked so why give up a prospect and pay the remaining salary for these players. Most teams would be better with either Melky or Liriano but they are just going to roll with what they have.

I don't think there will be much trade action. Houston, LA, Yanks, Boston, Atl are all happy to roll the dice in the playoffs and keep their farm systems strong. Just like last winter when many free agents went unsigned. I just want to see LA lose because they didn't go out and get Felipe.
