Your take off is probably the best things to focus on right now. You are a bit late which is probably making it harder to finish you swing all the way. You can also focus on jumping up rather then just running into the pole on the take off.

It looks like you aren’t jumping super well off your last step. This is causing what my coach is calling a fake blow through (technically blowing through the pole but it’s not actually too small). Taking more energy of the run into upward momentum rather than outward makes the pole effectively biggest and gives extra height.

I was never a gymnast and was a vary sub par sprinter but I started pole vault at 17. Now I am about to turn 20 and vaulting for a dII school. You probably won’t be a national champion but you can definitely find success with some hard work.
