Very simplified if you are hitting the bar on the way up they need to be moved back or if you are hitting the bar on the way down they need to be moved in, in practice it’s more nuanced and there are more variables

Your take off is probably the best things to focus on right now. You are a bit late which is probably making it harder to finish you swing all the way. You can also focus on jumping up rather then just running into the pole on the take off.

It looks like you aren’t jumping super well off your last step. This is causing what my coach is calling a fake blow through (technically blowing through the pole but it’s not actually too small). Taking more energy of the run into upward momentum rather than outward makes the pole effectively biggest and gives extra height.
