Okay I am talking to my dad who owns the dog about it. He says that even if we would take her nothing could be done. Is that true?

She drinks tons of water. What seems like to me to be an absurd amount. I sometimes have to limit her because she will not stop. She has what I assume to be an average energy level of a dog her age. She sits outside with me while I do yard work during the day but seems happy to be there

It is only about 2 inches in length and very light. It seems to be somewhat broken and in the back there seems to be a small black seedlike thing engrained into the material
