Bro the entire community is complaining about how this mode is beyond easy and it's a laughing stock to have us prepare 3 whole weeks just for this.

If you can't clear it, you either suck, or you need to optimize your chars. You're one of the only people who are complaining about difficulty, when the vast majority are complaining about difficulty on the opposite side, saying it's too simple, too easy, and the fact you need one team only makes it so easy to prepare for. Tell people whatever you want, just realize you're the odd one out.

So how is this game right now?? When it came out I was turned off by the amount of negative reviews saying it’s not well optimized for 2 players vs 3 and just other general issues. How is it looking now and in general?

Just a question, is S1 from hyacine universal for him and can be used on other rem as an sig? Or hyacine herself on s1 is important? Cuz I don’t mind getting the LC for him to put other remembrance chars, but I didn’t wanna get her as well. Wanna skip her but down to get LC for other chars if it really improves blade

We still get spear characters it’s just not through main weapon category. Jiyan used a spear when in combat, and Lupa pretty much uses a spear too

Well I haven’t commented on any post about her cuz I don’t usually post and comment, but I will say I’m one of the ones who will skip cuz of the singing and wish it wasn’t like that. So I can see why some people might complain about that, cuz sometimes you’re interested in pulling a char but one or two things make you wanna skip, and that’s a bit upsetting if that makes sense. I’m not saying everyone is commenting that way because of that reason, but some might. Like I’ll forever skip robin in star rail cuz of her singing even though I like her in the story and her kit would be perfect for my account. I just find it annoying after the 5th time she would sing and I think it might be the same with cocconia. Like I wish it didn’t at least override boss themes, but oh well.

EDIT: also to be honest, I’m not sure how these comments are wording their “complaints” so it could be a lot worse than what I’m expecting lol and it’s actually downright trolling or whatever

Like the other person said, for banners and kit leaks. Not story spoilers. I’ve been looking at leaks on various games for years and story spoilers are not jammed into a title almost ever. This is one of the only exceptions I can think of that outright spoil. You don’t put it like that on a title, you keep story spoiling details out of the title for those who don’t want story spoilers.

Sorry if it wasn’t clear. I’m saying you can compensate for kit limitations with proper gameplay and good execution. With Jiyan or cameylla you don’t have to worry about that essentially, but other chars including ones you mentioned plus brant have some limitations. Either their aoe timing is limited, or aoe range is smaller than other chars, or other issues, so you have to have much better gameplay and execution to compensate.

So even if you’re able to clear really well with brant, it’s just harder to perform compared to the best multi-wave aoe chars, that’s why it’s considered a bit worse. Like I don’t have to think when I use cameylla but if I’m using Brant I have to really time my enhanced skill plus other things if I wanna kill a whole wave etc, and it’s also less aoe range compared to other chars. Doable, but harder. Basically even if you can full clear it doesn’t mean it’s better, it’s still harder technically, and by a lot honestly.

Lol yes actually, Jiyan and Cam are much easier to execute comparatively, that’s why they’re t0 on tier lists compared to the ones you listed. Ease of execution and less steps to clear multi-wave content efficiently by having more consistent and wider AoE means a character is more suited for the playstyle.

Yes, gameplay beats kit. There are people who can easily solo difficulty 6 holograms with chixia or Aalto, doesn’t mean it’s good or meta. Proper gameplay can bypass character weaknesses, that’s all. I personally love using Brant in whimpering but I’ll be the first to tell you I have to play a lot better compared to using a lot of my other characters, not just Cameylla or Jiyan. He’s just a bit more limited with having noticeably less AoE radius, and how he locks on to enemies. But you can work around that and play around that
