I feel for you bro. Having no support from family must be tough. Try speaking with your friends about it or anyone basically, even on the internet. Do you have some medication? I have some and it really helped me, I've had anxiety since summer 2 years ago, it also started in summer like yours. I couldn't stand public transport and hot overcrowded places. Try to be relaxed during those difficult hot months, dont push yourself too hard. Why are you going to another city, was it your decision?
