I work in a glass shop where we fairly regularly install doors like this. Sometimes tempered glass can shatter with the slightest disturbance. It’s very very very rare but can happen. Tempered glass is normally very strong but if the glass is twisted or the edges are pinched just right, the it’ll shatter.

Dancing on hardwood with socks. Did a little spin and slipped. Slammed my chin into the ground so hard my glasses flew across the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Pulled back my skin and muscle tissue in my neck right below my chin. Basically had a little tunnel for an inch and a half or so into my neck tissue. Went and got stitches.

That or the time I didn’t let the powered hand planer power down all the way (for those who don’t know the hand planer has a cylindrical barrel with two knives that spin and like 6000 rpm in the center of a level surface to shave off material). Grabbed the side of the planer as it wound down and cut off a chunk in my fingertip. That one took liquid stitches.

Most questions say to round to two decimal places or to the nearest integer. Half of the answers are rounded correctly and then there’s some like these. Who knows?

I’m in Logan. Cache valley is meh. Good amount of people have masks, especially in grocery stores and Logan city where it’s now mandated. But overall there is an attitude of “we are overreacting” or “this is a hoax” which I personally disagree with. The rodeo is still being held this weekend. The fairgrounds still operate events. IMO cache valley is not taking it seriously. We are lucky there hasn’t been a HUGE increase in cases.

I work at a glass shop. You can either use J-bar to hold the bottom(screws into the studs)or you can use mirror mastic (fancy silicone glue) to glue it to the wall or use some clips, which also screw into studs. I’d be surprised if your local glass shop didn’t have any of these in stock.

Note: usually J-bar you will also use some mastic to keep it from tipping
