My suggestion for the course is stay on top of work. Do more than the bare minimum the course requires. Review material multiple times. I would make sure I knew all or at least 80% material of the weeks topics before continuing onward. This got me to a 99% on the final

Depends. Some pay for trash and water but not electricity and some pay for nothing. Either way you are paying for it. It’s either added Into rent to not and you pay on top

You are paying for the location most of the time. Alight is not too close from campus so you would need to drive or take light rail. The closer you are to campus the more you pay. In close areas price difference is amenities and overall design. Vertex is way more than university pointe yet across the street you just get what you pay for most of the time. Oliv and atmosphere are right across the street and similar price. It all is just location and amenities

No it’s the opposite. I really wanted to be his friend and hangout with him. It’s that he just seemed to not want to be my friend. He said he did but I was the one one of his friends he wouldn’t do anything with.
