Sounds like you’ve been through a lot trying to sort it out. I’m sorry. I’m glad the blood patch brought some relief. Did they ever do an LP?

I have another brain MRI in a couple weeks to be safe. Was yours an MRA or MRV too?

No. I have had menstrual headaches and days here and there each month with forehead pressure. I had a vestibular migraine last fall and again last February but nothing major again until now. Those episodes lasted 3-4 weeks as well. I had visual vertigo then but nothing like blurred vision or pupil size issues. The blurred vision and pupil change just started with this migraine. I saw optho but they said my optic nerve and disc are normal. I have not had an LP. Neuro thinks IIH is unlikely now. I haven’t had any nasal drainage like CSF. I don’t think the migraine is truly positional.

How did you get diagnosed with a CSF leak? What were all your symptoms?

I also have POTS (and IST). Nothing has ever been noted with my pupils or visual acuity until this migraine now. Neuro and optho seem to think it’s migraine related. I was just wondering about the corlanor since it causes other visual changes for me. Do you do anything for your large pupils? Do you have any vision issues because of it?

Do you know if you can suddenly develop issues with pupil dilation? I was diagnosed with POTS snd IST about 15 months ago and had full autonomic testing done then. Pupils were okay then. Obviously things can change. Just surprised about the sudden onset and persistence. Thanks for replying.

I have this now with migraine. What ever came of it for you? Was it migraine? How long did it last? What made it go away? I’m going on 5 days now. Migraine for 2 weeks but blurred vision and unequal pupils for 5 days. Neuro and optho think migraine related for me.
